Delivery Policy
Parcels are usually dispatched within one working day by either Australia Post or Fastway couriers (Australian orders only) with tracking provided. Fastway requires signature on delivery and for Australia post this is an option. For international postage signature on delivery, tracking and insurance are optional extras. We keep records of postal receipts as proof of postage.
Refund Policy
We will gladly refund the buyer for any products that are not as described, arrive damaged or are defective in any way. The item must be returned within 7 days of purchase, after which a full refund will be given.
